How we decide whose referral it is
If your friend was not in contact with SmartLife before, the referral is yours. If they were already in contact with us, or if more than one person says they referred the same customer, we ask the customer directly who referred them. Their answer decides.
While we check, your dashboard shows Being confirmed with the customer.

Do I need a link or a code?
No. You can simply recommend us, then tell us who you referred, before they buy or within 24 hours of their purchase, from your dashboard or by calling us. A link or a code is the surest way to have the referral recorded in your name.
Why 6% for customers and 4% for everyone else?
Our customers have lived with our products and our service, so their recommendation carries the most weight, and we reward it most. Anyone else who recommends us earns 4%. Enjoy a 6% referral reward after your first purchase.
When and how am I paid?
Your reward is earned when your referred customer's order is fully paid and delivered or installed. We pay it within 7 working days after that, to your bKash, Nagad or bank account, which you add in your dashboard when your first reward is due. Taxes are deducted where the law requires.
What if my friend was already in contact with SmartLife?
Then we ask your friend directly who referred them, and their answer decides. While we check, your dashboard shows “Being confirmed with the customer”.
I am a designer, developer or hotel owner. How do my projects count?
Register once, then tell us about each project once so we can verify it: the client’s name, the project name, or the hotel or resort name. Whenever SmartLife products are installed in a verified project, including your own hotel or resort, you qualify for the referral reward automatically, with no code and no separate claim for each order.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Choose “Forgot password?” on the login card and enter your email or mobile number. We email a reset link to the address you gave at sign-up; it works for 30 minutes.
