- We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, grow revenue, run telemarketing operations and open new business.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Supervise telemarketing operations: call activity, lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Develop sales strategies that increase revenue and team productivity.
- Drive B2B and corporate sales and close high-value deals.
- Build new business opportunities and customer relationships.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, order completion, installations and collections.
- Work with Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, Installation and other departments.
- Analyse performance and prepare regular sales reports.
What You Need
- 3–5 years of sales experience.
- 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
- Experience in telemarketing or telesales operations.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- B2B and corporate sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- CRM, reporting and analytical skills.
Strong Preference For
- Experience managing a telemarketing-based sales team.
- Proven ability to improve call-to-conversion performance.
- Experience closing corporate deals and generating new business.
- Strong ownership and cross-department coordination.
Terms
- Remuneration: BDT 4–6 lakh per year (up to BDT 50,000 per month), based on experience.
- 8 hours a day, Friday off.
- Office: Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
- Joining date: 1 December 2026.
