The Easy Exchange offer is valid for 30 days after your purchase and installation date. Within this 30-day period, you are entitled to an exchange. If you wish to exchange your current door lock even after 30 days, our team will visit and inspect your current lock and decide if it can be offered for an exchange, but there is no guarantee that you will be able to exchange it after 30 days. After 30 days, the standard guarantee and warranty policies will apply.

Smartlife smart door locks, which were returned from exchange or other reasons are not sold again to retail customers. They are sold to third parties in bulk at discounted rate (minimum purchase quantity: 10 units per model).
